These terms are written to make the MEOLINQ Equestrian Ambassador Program clear, fair and easy to understand. They must be reviewed and approved before the program launches.
1. The program
Applying does not guarantee a place in the program. MEOLINQ may select ambassadors based on fit, location, content and current program needs. We will confirm participation personally.
2. Products and payment
The program is unpaid unless we agree otherwise in writing for a specific activity. Selected ambassadors may receive products to use and keep. Products are chosen by MEOLINQ and are not guaranteed for every applicant.
3. What ambassadors do
Ambassadors use products responsibly in real situations, create honest photos or videos when agreed, and share useful feedback. We will agree practical details directly before any activity.
4. Honest promotion
Ambassadors must follow the advertising and disclosure rules that apply where they live. Any post about a gifted product or collaboration must clearly say so.
5. Content and permission
You keep ownership of the content you create. When you send content to MEOLINQ for the program, you give MEOLINQ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to repost and use it in MEOLINQ channels. We will ask separately before using content in paid advertising unless this has already been agreed in writing.
6. Safety and responsibility
Horse activities carry risk. Ambassadors are responsible for making safe choices, using suitable equipment and following product instructions. Do not create content that puts a person or animal at unnecessary risk.
7. Age and consent
There is no fixed minimum age for applying. If the law where you live requires permission from a parent or guardian to join the program or accept these terms, you confirm that you have that permission.
8. Privacy
MEOLINQ will use application details to review, contact and manage ambassadors. The final version must link to MEOLINQ's privacy notice and state how long application data is kept.
9. Leaving the program
Either side can end participation at any time. Existing content permissions and any separate written agreements continue as stated in those agreements.
